What is your return policy on custom orders?
Because custom pieces are made exactly to your specifications, they are generally non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, our support team will resolve it immediately. Standard items have a 30-day return window.
Are bulbs included with the light fixtures?
Integrated LED fixtures come fully equipped and ready to use. For fixtures requiring traditional bulbs, we clearly note on the product page whether they are included or must be purchased separately.
